Userspace it. Uncyclopedia has had its share of dumb templates and in-jokes that just got so stale that we had to purge them. For instance, no page expect for one is allowed to have any AAAAAAAAA! on it, and I can't remember the last time a featured article had an Oscar Wilde quote. Delete	Delete Ok, its not retarded, but do we need to classify and categorize the states of the union into several different sub-categories? I think one generic Category:States of the United States should be enough. There is only 50 of them.
