#Keep and rewrite tag. There's a few scattered good jokes in there, and frankly, about half of everything I've ever written on this site would suddenly have a red link in it if this gets deleted. pillow talk 04:12, March 28, 2011 (UTC)

Kept: 5 keep votes. pillow talk 15:05, March 28, 2011 (UTC) Since when has that been a policy? --ChiefjusticeGameBoy 17:06, March 28, 2011 (UTC)
- The idea gained pretty good traction (given the size of the active voting base at the time) at Forum:More VFD stuff. Also, I won't count on 7 more delete votes showing up within the next hour either, so a more traditional keep is imminent anyway. -- TKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK 17:13, March 28, 2011 (UTC)
- Is there a policy that says that "5 keep votes = kept" is not our policy? I've read the deletion policy, and I don't think I saw anything that forbade me from closing this nomination, which is very obviously going to result in a keep anyway. pillow talk 17:18, March 28, 2011 (UTC)
- You didn't read anything about leaving the nomination open 24 hours, despite how it may look the vote is going? Spıke Ѧ 17:20 28-Mar-11
- All right, all right, I'll leave these kinds of things open. But we both know that the point of that rule is to make sure something doesn't get deleted before the author has a chance to show up and explain himself - not to ensure that we can't close nominations that don't have a bat's chance in hell of succeeding. pillow talk 17:23, March 28, 2011 (UTC)
- Besides, even if 11 more Uncyclopedians suddenly showed up and voted "Delete", there's still a prevailing sentiment that the result should be "Kept." pillow talk 17:24, March 28, 2011 (UTC)
- OK, now it's official. Spıke Ѧ 23:04 28-Mar-11
- Okay, kept, yes, but it is possible that there may be more than 5 keeps on something that a majority of the community would still rather overrule. There are certain... things. Yes, these days there are established rules for administrators to delete most of such things on sight without them ever coming here, but... don't count on that covering all of them. Obviously that doesn't apply to this. That's not the point.

Only the very beginning is actually about long articles, after which it immediately devolves into repetitive crap, and cutting it down to relevant content that has a hope of being funny after the novelty of the fact that it is long would remove the longness. - EXTERMINATE! My animosity to this article has only grown since the edit filter prevented me adding a {{vfd}} tag. 21:18, March 23, 2011 (UTC)
- Done for you. The line starting with the number 4 was the culprit (I changed it to "four"). The spam filter is not always right, but it always tells you what it was it didn't like. Spıke Ѧ 23:12 23-Mar-11

- Keep. Needs some touch up for sure, but you may need to read a synopsis of Wells' "Time Machine" or see the old movie from the 1960's. Aleister 19:55 23-3-'11
- Keep. Per Aleister. This is actually quite a clever concept. 20:56, March 23, 2011 (UTC)
- It... fits.

- Keep. It should be kept. Made a few changes to correct literals/spellings and making better sense of what is otherwise a pretty good idea. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 09:52, March 24, 2011 (UTC)

- Delete. Only real joke is that the company which makes Final Fantasy has ran out of natural numbers for their games...which is kind of meh. 17:53, March 23, 2011 (UTC)
- Delete. The unfinished game article is replete with red-links and nonsense numbers; indeed, because a nonsense number is its reason to exist. Agreed, that's its only real joke. Spıke Ѧ 19:02 23-Mar-11

- Delete. For referring to them as Square Enix (I never did like Enix games, and the merger ruined the Final Fantasy franchise). Seriously, this is just another unfunny FF article. I think we should just redirect them all to something else and lock them until someone rebuilds them. -- Sir "TheSlyPony" Invariably certifiable. 02:31, March 24, 2011 (UTC)
- This is no actually funny. Cat the Colourful (Feed Me!!!)Leave me alone... 06:20, March 24, 2011
- On one hand, it has a joke. On the other hand, it manages to be even worse than the usual FF article...
