Below are listed specific rules we have put into place for existing users. These users have either been troublesome or are "special cases" and as such, are given specific additional restrictions based on past behavior, tendencies to act disruptively, etc.

The rules here are to be dealt with by Admins only. If you see one of the following users causing trouble in one of the listed manners, please inform an admin ASAP. Do not take it upon yourself to retroactively reverse their edits unless they are blatantly disruptive.

Overview of Problems	Chaoarren has, in short had a serious problem maturing into what we should expect for a user that has been around for the length of time he has. Crappy article creation is something to expect of a complete newcomer, not a user that has been around for weeks/months. Users like this should also be fully aware that ban evasion is very much not ok. Chaoarren has failed to recognize both of these things and as much got permabanned by SPIKE in September 2013. I removed this block in July 2014 when Chaoarren promised that he could improve. He must improve in order to stay unbanned.
User Restrictions	No more terrible one liners. (A week ban for every mainspace article that fails basic guidelines, he has had enough warnings about this) Highly recommended is that he create and build all articles in his userspace and gain admin approval first before moving them into mainspace. He is welcome to use the {{construction}} tag in mainspace, but if they continue to fail HTBFANJS bans will be given out accordingly. No more socks. Ever. Socks result in infinite banning which will not be overturned.

Overview of Problems	It has come to light that Hipster is actually Another n00b (Confession) whilst this technically classes as ban evasion it has been decided that Hipster/Another n00b will not be banned for this. However, both the old and new account have produced problems in the past which need to be fixed if Another n00b would like to stay under this new account. These problems are far and wide, including bad formatting under the old account, dickish behavior under both and a rather bad history of using sockpuppets to appeal bans.
User Restrictions	Restrictions regarding wiki formatting still apply, a list of these restrictions can be found here (24 hour bans that will stack now apply, i.e first offense 24 hours, 2nd offense 48 hours, etc.) Hipster has already been blocked twice for dickish behavior by myself and Romartus for a day and a week respectively. If he does something dickish again and can not explain himself fully, he should be banned for a month or more. He particularly will not act rudely to new users for any reason. Ever. Due to problems in the past, if he does find himself banned, he will not use socks to appeal the ban. He is to use IRC or Special:EmailUser to appeal the decision. Every time this rule is violated any ban currently in effect will be doubled.

Overview of Problems	Brogo13 is a veteran of wikis and Wikipedia and is a good grammar editor. The problem is lack of discretion and plenty of attitude. He has made passes through Featured Articles doing edits ranging from unambiguous corrections to planting Easter Eggs and riddles to changing the style of passages, contravening the rule that FAs are assumed not to need new help being funny. He applies Wikipedia style much more rigidly than it needs to be applied here. When disputes have come up, he has personalized them, in one case writing an entire mainspace article to document a formatting disagreement and, when it was deleted as abandoned, crowing that it was published elsewhere. He resigned for half a year, then returned and picked up where he left off.
User Restrictions	I don't think the contributions outweigh the continual drama. Romartus has unbanned him with the proviso that he not edit Featured Articles but at most leave a request for changes on the talk page. When the first such request included taunting or grousing, Dark Web, White Hat clarified that he should use {{Request edit}} solely to specify the desired edits. He is at the one-week-ban level, which Romartus has stated will increase geometrically on further drama. Experience should acquaint him with what it is we do here. Learning that, when informed of things we do not do here, he should not keep doing them nor write protests, is less certain to occur. Spıke 🎙️00:37 1-Feb-22

Overview of Problems	Repeated inability to participate properly in wiki discussions. His specific "difficulties" in this area include, but are not limited to: Not understanding the purpose of indentation, e.g., beginning a thread with two indents, indenting too much or too little in respect to the previous poster; Excessive whitespace, i.e., more than one consecutive space found in any one of his comments; Several consecutive edits to fix spelling or formatting errors that could easily have been spotted in a preview, resulting in edit conflicts and frustration for other users.
User Restrictions	Another n00b is miraculously not banned from discussion, but will receive a ban of 24 hours for every violation of proper wiki discussion conduct, particularly those noted above. If he does not violate discussion conduct after a sufficiently long period of time, this restriction will be lifted.

Hestian & Clemens177 Permaban for Drama

Overview of Problems	Apparently Hestian and Clemens177 have a history. That ended. Badly.
User Restrictions	Neither user shall approach, comment on the other user or comment about the other user (with the minor acception of acknowledging this page and the decisions, by the Deciderer, within). Total avoidance of one another, while a practical impossibility, is the ideal, in perpetuity, for ever and ever, amen. To illustrate: commenting on one another's talkpages = bad and banworthy. Both voting on the same page on, say, VFH = permissible...provided the comments are not of a "stalky" nature. To illustrate further: A Venn diagram containing both users would consist of two circles that in no way overlap each other. Failure to succeed at the above (alternately, success at failure of same) shall, at an admin's discretion, result in any length of ban up to the permanent kind. For the good of the Wiki, and the minimization of Drama, one or both may be sacrificed at the local cliff (during a storm) or volcano (in the days preceding an eruption), should they fail to please the gods.
Comments	Clemens has been around for a while, and has consistently wrangled words. Hestian has been around for less than that, and has successfully corralled fewer words. Drama is alleged (complete with steamy e-mails consisting of nude poetry and pictures containing one thousand words) offsite, making ruling on Uncyclopedia problematic. Overview of Problems	The user insists on putting his own racist/idiotic agenda on Allah's True Prophet Muhammad and some other racial related articles. Went into numerous edit wars with users and admins. Was banned already for a month for his behavior.

Overview of Problems	Flameviper has been problematic in terms of his/her use of the "Template:" namespace, often making frivolous or otherwise useless templates despite administrator actions and warnings not to. Furthermore, this user has been demonstrably slow in responding to communication attempts by administrators. As such, the following rules have been put into place regarding Flameviper:
User Restrictions	Any edits or additions to the namespace "Template:" will be heretofore result in a 2 day ban. Repetition of actions despite repeated (2 or more) deletions or attempts by administrators to discourage these behaviors will result in a subsequent, progressive doubling of his/her current or resulting block.

Overview of Problems	This user has proven to be obstinate and unreasonable. Becuase of this user's previous dissent with the page Euroipods, the following rules concerning Nintendorulez are in place
User Restrictions	Any edits to Euroipods and related non-talk pages warrant an IMMEDIATE ban for at least 4 days. Any attempts to insist that he is "improving the page" by adding content, or otherwise inciting further argument on any of the Euroipods-related pages warrant the same block length. Any unnecessary, unproductive flamewars between this user and other problem users will be given a 2 post countdown between the two parties. This allows for at least one general statement and one rebuttal. The matter will be dropped immediately after. If this user opts to continue arguing after this countdown, he/she will be banned for at least 24 hours per post.

Overview of Problems	Chomu Sclavus has done some very questionable page moves in the last few weeks (Zimbabwe to Jim Bob Way) that not only fail to improve the humor of the article, but also is in violation of policy as outlined in BGBU. Overview of Problems	User:SU182 has shown exceedingly poor judgement in nominating articles on VFH, including his own userpage, deleted pages, and hallmarks of low quality. Furthermore, he has shown that he cannot be trusted with templates and the "Template:" namespace (Namely NRV, VFD, and his own creations.) He is unresponsive to any advice or admonition regarding his behavior, and in half-baked attempts to curry favor with adminatti has clogged VFD and VFH with an abundance of irrelevant entries. This user has consitently shown a lack of understanding the Uncyclopedia and its logistics, and appears to be incapable of changing his disruptive behavior. As such, the following rules have been instituted regarding this user:
User Restrictions	Any creation of pages in the "Template:" namespace warrant an immediate 48 hour ban, doubling progressively with each instance. This user is forbidden from adding articles to VFD or VFH, nor is he allowed to use the templates {{QVFD}}, {{VFD}}, {{VFH}} or {{NRV}} Violations warrant a 48 hour ban, doubling with each instance. Any additions to administrative pages deemed inappropriate or frivolous are to be met with a 48 hour ban Repetition of actions despite repeated (2 or more) deletions or attempts by administrators to discourage these behaviors will result in a subsequent, progressive doubling of his/her current or resulting block.

Overview of Problems	ManforMan has demonstrated, on multiple occasions, a complete failure to take anything in stride, much less anything resembling a sense of humor. He has plagiarized (minor), abused templatespace, and overall caused a huge ruckus amongst the community with his whining about UGotM. ManforMan is a detriment to this community for the fact that he clearly lacks a sense of what is and is not appropriate, as well as for the fact that he simply takes himself and others so seriously, but fails to self-improve in this respect.
User Restrictions	ManforMan's actions on VFD, QVFD, VFS, FFS, and other similar nom/voting pages will be carefully monitored. Any edits deemed in poor faith are to be awarded with a one day ban. ManforMan's attitude is to be closely monitored. Any time he a)complains on frivolous grounds, b)attempts to make changes in this vein, or c)takes anything too seriously, it will be meted with a 1 day ban, with progressive doubling per infraction. ManforMan will have the honor of being the first person to have his IRC behavior linked to wiki banning. Any non-legitimate or continued complaints beyond the initial "Why was I banned" on IRC will warrant an extension of his block by one day per line.
Comments	To be honest. He's fucking whiny. I personally think this user needs to be infinibanned for having that goddmaned stick too far up his butt, in addition to derailing any sort of democracy here by being a whiny killjoy. Overview of Problems	Zana has previously had problems with a somewhat schizophrenic approach to editing the wiki, at times being a valuable asset to the site and at others being blunt, pugilistic and rude in her interactions with other users. Recently the less desirable aspect of her personality has resurfaced and she has been on the receiving end of blocks from several administrators. Nobody wants to see Zana leave the site however her inability to function within the community makes it necessary to establish sanctions for the behaviours she seems all too keen to repeat.
User Restrictions	Zana shall not breach rule 2 under any circumstances, this includes reverting administrator edits (except to her own userspace) at any time. If Zana feels that an administrator has made a mistake she should take it up with another administrator and if she must take it up with the specific administrator she will be civil and polite at all times. If any administrator deems Zana to be in breach of these restrictions a ban of no less than one week will be imposed, subsequent offences will stack.

Overview of Problems	CartoonistHenning received an indefinite block from Dr. Skullthumper in June 2010 after his reaction to comments made in this forum. The general problems included several rule two violations in his interactions with other users, stirring up drama, ignoring several warnings from administrators about his conduct in the forum and deliberately going against Dr. Skullthumper's instruction to chill out. Shortly afterwards CartoonistHenning repeatedly evaded the block and caused further problems for the administrators and resumed his campaign on IRC resulting in a ban there. Recently CartoonistHenning's block has been the subject of debate on UnMeta and he has contacted me and apologised for the actions which got him banned, accepted that they were inappropriate and agreed to abide by an office restriction in order that any repetition of past behaviour is dealt with appropriately.
User Restrictions	CartoonistHenning shall not create any forum topics regarding Wikia or domain ownership without first consulting and gaining the approval of an administrator. He may reply to forum topics on these subjects but his behaviour should be civil and polite at all times. CartoonistHenning will not breach rule two under any circumstances, either on the wiki or in the Uncyclopedia IRC channel. If any administrator deems CartoonistHenning to be in breach of the above restrictions then his indefinite ban will be immediately reinstated. Any other behaviour that is deemed disruptive will also result in the above.
Comments	Cartoonist is a respected contributor on other Uncyclopedias and UnMeta and there is no reason he cannot replicate this here. Overview of Problems	Lollipop has repeatedly been in violation of WP:DIVA, flying into outrage when anybody at all gives the slightest notion that he isn't the lord Jesus Christ. He has also been known to edit war with vandals, encourage them on talk pages, and (unrelated to his placement here) just takes everything way too fucking seriously. I and a group of other admins have tried to discuss this rationally with him, and he's simply gone trying to weasel out of any further disincentive to repeat his offences. Also, I'd like to mention WP:DIVA again, because the guy is pretty full of himself. Despite all of these things, he's shown that he's a decent writer, and good Uncyclopedian, and has an interest in what's best for the site, when he isn't worrying about what's best for himself. Due to this fact, we'd like to keep him around.
User Restrictions	Lollipop will not respond to messages left on his page or on IRC by IPs or known vandals/trolls/etc. He is to ignore such messages or report them, calmly, to an administrator and have them deal with it. As usual he must report all vandals to Ban patrol and/or an administrator after their attempts at vandalism become clear. However, he may only revert each individual vandal up to three times on a single page before he makes a further note on BP, and from there leaves said pages alone (barring something catastrophically horrible). Further violations of WP:DIVA, including any forum or talk page message that goes on at length about leaving the site, is to be dealt with sternly and with a dash of "So leave, already." Mention made in passing (ie. "I'm gonna be gone for a week because I have to get a tooth removed, so I'll record that audio later"), or on his own userpage or talk page (ie. the Vacation template and otherwise) are still okay. He can't be reasoned with, so just ignore him if he tries.

Overview of Problems	Because of his previous history of political/religious bias-based edits, multiple redirects, page moves, and otherwise visually offensive and heartily useless templates, the following rules for Nerd42 are in place:
User Restrictions	Page moves restiction: Each unapproved page move warrants a 24 hour ban per page move Templates must be approved by admins. Unapproved template generation warrants a 48 hour ban, plus 24 hours per template placement. Any edit deemed in the context of ideological disagreement (i.e. religion, politics, not based on humor) warrants a 24 hour ban per edit. Revert wars in this vein warrant 1 week.

Should DJ Irreverent author an UnNews article during his period of probation, he shall be placed under a ban for one day. If it is discovered that the article is plagiarized, it will be deleted and the ban extended to two weeks. Each subsequent offense during this time period will stack. If, after his period of restriction is over, another plagiarized UnNews is created, this restriction shall be placed again, with an indefinite end date.

Overview of Problems	Kip the Dip has been banned, unbanned, and banned again more than any other active user on the site. And why? Well, there is a very strong trend of Kip being a dick. However, because Kip does, sometimes, help out around the site, he has been able to worm his way out of every ban he has ever been given. Kip has also requested that he be listed here, in order that it might help him "reform". Also, it should be noted that Kip is currently blocked for 6 months (ending 18 August 2008), as part of his plan to help him "reform".

Overview of Problems	Zana Dark has served time for welcoming IPs, creating too many personal templates & spamming them, & for not getting along with some users in our community. Zana's ban will be lifted at 02:43, on 3 January 2008 (UTC).
User Restrictions	No welcoming IPs EVER! No spamming of personal templates unless it has relativity to a user's talk page. No personal templates in the main space. All personal templates remain in the user space. No flamewars. All of these can be avoided. If you feel that a user is being a dick about something you did, then don't retaliate. Just talk to an admin to resolve the situation. We are a community & should be helpful with our criticism & not be a dick about it, even if it is warranted. The ban policy will be followed for up to 2 violations within the 6 month restriction period. A 3rd violation within the 6 month restriction period will result in an infinite ban. No exceptions.

Overview of Problems	Fonchezzz has just returned from a vacation of just about five months, so naturally, his behavior must be put on close watch for the next few weeks.
User Restrictions	Prior to his initial banning, Fonchezzz was a notable pest on user talk pages, spamming them with random messages and the ilk. Thusly, Fonchezzz can not post on anyone's talk page unless said other person initiates the conversation first. This will be in effect until further notice. One of the main reasons Fonchezzz was unbanned was because of his good behavior on Uncyclopedia's "sister wiki" Illogicopedia, but odds are that this is due to a drop in the necessary level of sensibility to be a contributor over there. Thusly, each and every article made by Fonchezzz must be subject to at least one pee review, to ensure that we beat a lesson of quality into his brain.

Overview of Problems	Kakun has self-nominated at least 10 images to VFP, all of which have failed miserably. Therefore, The following rules concerning Kakun are in place:
User Restrictions	Kakun must gain admin approval for image he wishes to nominate by placing it in uncyclopedia:VFP/Kakuns_Place and alerting an admin as to his intent to nominate. Approval is mandatory, and addition of images into VFP without admin permission will result in a 2 day ban. Kakun must also get images approved for insertion into articles. The volume of atrociously unfunny and badly-made images he has churned out requires that his images gain admin approval prior to their placement into articles.

Overview of Problems	JohnnyRaven has proven himself to be confrontational, pugilistic, and otherwise disruptive when conducting serious discussion. He as made numerous bias-based edits, also harassing admins. He has been warned numerous times, but has otherwise been very uncooperative. As such, the following rules for JohnnyRaven are in place:
User Restrictions	Any edit deemed in the context of ideological disagreement (i.e. religion, politics, not based on humor) warrants a 24 hour ban per edit. Revert wars in this vein warrant 1 week. Any unnecessary, unproductive flamewars between this user and other problem users will be given a 2 post countdown between the two parties. This allows for at least one general statement and one rebuttal. The matter will be dropped immediately after. If this user opts to continue arguing after this countdown, he/she will be banned for at least 24 hours per post.

User Restrictions	Votes made on any of the four major award pages (NotM, UotM, WotM, and UGotM.) will be instantly invalidated, and either removed from record, or makred by strikethrough. After an invalidated vote, if this user continues to vote, he or she may be banned at administrator discretion. Voting after the ban has expired will result in subsequent bans, doubling in length for every successive infraction.

Overview of Problems	Unistyle has repeatedly uploaded pornographic and semi-pornographic images, many of which are also copyright violations, and which appear to serve little or no satirical purpose. He has ignored or attempted to circumvent warnings that questionable uploaded content must be used for a satirical or humourous purpose, and that copyrighted images must qualify as "fair use" under the restrictions of the site-wide Creative Commons license.
User Restrictions	Any and all questionable images that have been uploaded by this user must be utilised in a genuine context within one week of this notice, or they will be deleted without further warning. "Genuine context" in this case means that the images must be used on legitimate mainspace articles, not user, talk, forum or sandbox pages (including, but not limited to Vandalism and subpages thereof). Furthermore, images placed in articles must be relevant to the article, and contribute to the humourous and/or satirical value of the article in a manner that could not be adequately conveyed by an equivalent non-pornographic image. Any further uploading or linking of pornographic or semi-pornographic images by this user warrants an immediate 48-hour ban, and the immediate deletion of said images. In addition, this user has demonstrated that he/she is incapable of using pictures in articles in a funny and not just stupid manner. Therefore, the following restrictions are in place on this user:
User Restrictions	Any image uploads from this user not approved by an administrator will result in an immediate one day ban per image uploaded and the immediate deletion of said image(s). Furthermore, any additions of images to articles that are not approved by an administrator will result in a reversion and a notice posted to the user's talk page on the first violation. Overview of Problems	Ape, EMC and Dexter have been the source of several problems for the wiki, the problems in question include abuse of IRC operator status, harassment of other users and cyberbullying that links back to the site. The main issue to be addressed here is that of harassment of other users; this must stop, it is time consuming, sets a bad example to others and causes problems for the administrators.
User Restrictions	None of the users listed above shall harass, bully or otherwise behave poorly towards other users of the wiki. This restriction encompasses the Uncyclopedia IRC channel where poor behaviour is equally unacceptable. None of the users listed above shall bring the name of the site into disrepute either through cyberbullying that will reflect poorly on the rest of the userbase or through speaking on behalf of the community without proper discussion or sanction. If future behaviour by any of the above is deemed by an administrator to be in breach of either condition then a ban of no less than one month shall be imposed; any subsequent offences will stack.
Comments	These users have all been given chance after chance to address their behaviour and have proved incapable of doing so, thus far, because of this these restrictions have become an unfortunate necessity. User Restrictions	His behavior must be mean, surly, impatient, and uncouth. He is not to act courteous to a single user if he doesn't want to, and is allowed to drink scotch at early hours if he damn well feels like it. He is going to give honest opinions on VFH: liking articles he finds funny, and slamming or ignoring ones he finds dull. He will express these opinions in the most obnoxious and vitriolic way possible until the community is fed up, forcing him to quit again.
