If you go to the bottom of the only page he contributed to (Ban Patrol talk page) he says that he wrote a QVFD spam article however he says this under a different IP so there is no point in blocking him as he changes IP. He also asks to be blocked under that message with this IP name. See for yourself and then make a decision. I'm not sure now.
