I don't mean to sound like a whiner, but this is an issue that's gone far enough.

Lyrithya can sometimes be a fun user to be around. But sometimes, I do something wrong and I constant bans and threats. I've even recieved an indefban because I said she should be deopped as a joke. She also votes no always on my articles on VFH because "i'm not funny". And it's every single one. And she dosen't really give a good feedback.

In fact, a lot of her humour is ho-hum. "I'm a wombat"? Really? That's funny?

She can be helpful sometimes, but her bans and complaining can get on a lot of people's nerves. Is it right for an admin to pick on a user constantly and ban them because they reverted a vandal more than once, and say that the user is wrong? I've tried to hold this back, but it's gone too far enough. Either Lyrithya has to cut it out with her op abuse, or the community decides.

Lollipop...you should probably take this to Lyrithya's talk page or go on IRC and try to work this out with her first (you never know...she just might listen to you). Lollipop...it is pretty retarded to ban you for 5 minutes for reverting IP vandalism (though there are other ways to deal with it) after you have complained that no one appreciates what you do and after we both told people how raw these little bans can be. For the second time...Lollipop...people appreciate your ban-patrol and your presence on the wiki. But you did just criticize Lyrithya's style of humour which she doesn't deserve...and you are threatening to leave over a problem you have with just one user. Another admin lynching, oh joy. Ok now to say something constructive of a sorts. Both users are very useful contributors that have been on this site for within months of each other, and they have both achieved plenty

Lyrithya has......

Made us the vector skin (although I don't use it, those who do say its pretty damn fancy)
Completed 94 reviews
Won the UOTM award and nearly twice + Several other awards
Countless edits of keeping this place tidy
Made a shit ton of friendships with people she will never even meet

Lollipop has........

Won many awards as well, UOTM, UGOTM (yay) and some stuff

Made the noobs feel welcome
Been very eccentric.....

And I'd like you people to pay close attention to the last point in each case closely, the point is plain and simple. People fight, it's human to have a disagreement or feel bullied or repressed. But like humans you need to make up and realize, hey I'm constructive, they're constructive and maybe just maybe with a bit of luck, some good will and a long boring speech nobody even bothered to read that we can put these differences aside and get along.

Okay, so Lollipop, I see you believe that Lyrithya thinks you aren't funny. Well let me tell you, I've felt that way about her, too. Every article of mine she's voted on, has been a negative vote. I used to think that meant she hated me, or some shit like that. But it doesn't mean that at all. It actually just means that she didn't find it funny. If she found an article of yours (or mine, for that matter) funny, I'm positive she'd vote for it. But don't think that means you're not funny, because it doesn't. That's just one person's honest opinion. One person that, I will say, likes a different type of humor than you. So it may not matter, anyway! But calling her unfunny certainly won't fix anything.

Anyway, allow me to tell you a short story from my life. I've been a gymnast since I was five, I still am one. Anyway, I have this coach who is always getting on me for stupid shit. For a long time (and I do mean a long time) I thought he hated me, and he was out to get me, and he wanted to make my life harder, ya know, stuff like that. But then one day I realized something: it actually means he likes me, and cares about how I do in gymnastics! Also, half of the time he was yelling at me, he was probably only joking. That whole time I was all worried and upset, when I had this good thing going for me the whole time. Do you see how that applies here? I sure hope so.

Now, as for you not feeling appreciated, I really don't know what to say. I mean, you've won various awards, you've had much praise from people like myself and Shabi and you were just made a fucking poopsmith! If that's not enough appreciation for you, I don't know what is.

But, on the flip-side of this, Lyrithya, maybe you could you could ease up on him a bit? I mean, you can be a bit of a bitch toward him from time-to-time. Yeah, he's had some fuck-ups, major and minor, but you're no different (need I mention the deletion of VFD?). All I'm saying is, he's trying his best, as we all are (except for everyone on this list, they're all asses). Wouldn't you rather have some of his more minor problems go uncriticized/punished than drive an experienced user away form this wiki? If not, then you're crazy.

Anyway, I'm really writing from my heart here, so if at least one person reads it, my work will not have been in vain. And lastly, I leave you all with this: There's way too much drama around here, can't we all just sit back and chill the fuck out?
