There are lots of articles here which I don't personally consider funny, but I know a lot of people do. Because of that, I'm happy for them to be here. If everyone just nominated and said "I did not find it funny" that would not really help the process. Normally people have a particular issue or problem with an article, and that's worth mentioning in their deletion reason. It helps the other voters understand their point of view. Don't forget though, that if an article has some funny stuff in it, but much of it is bad, it will often be kept, and so is not a good candidate for VFD. It's really easy to edit bad stuff out of an article and generally VFD should only be used as a last resort when there is nothing whatsoever worth saving. From reading your comment above "I read it again just to be sure, and almost laughed - well, almost slightly" perhaps you would benefit from keeping your own personal VFD "waiting list page". Here's mine User:MrN9000/VFD_List, and here is Dexter's for example User:Dexter111344/Articles to be put on VFD. Most of the regular contributors to VFD maintain their own lists like this. Often it's a good idea to take a second look before you nominate just in-case you did miss something. There are a lot of really bad articles in Uncyc still, and it's best to save everyones voting effort on getting rid of the truly bad ones first. Thanks for helping out Roger!
