There are many reasons for this nomination, and one of this, that many people agree with, is that if it was written by an anonymous editor, Patch Adams would probably be deleted immediately after its creation.   1. Not my favorite but many people love it for reasons unknown, and the concept was well explained somewhere. So for posterity I will hold my nose and vote to keep. Aleister 13:22 22-4-14
    The concept doesn't change the fact that it is short and not extremely funny. Plus, as Puppy once explained, the image doesn't go well with the article. I'm going to agree with the anom who left a name and email that this is a topic which should not be made fun of in it's own article, one that may be found by people suffering from this mental illness. It starts with puns, yes, but soon enough after the beginning there are phrases such as "Everyone hates fat people", etc. I am not saying that it is a taboo subject, only that it needs a lot more efforts and clever comedy to be able to be something good.
