- Delete. Weird, random, and not funny.--EpicWinner (talk) 00:38, September 22, 2015 (UTC)
- Delete. An article about a crime and a controversy that didn't exist has a high bar to pass. This article sets out to prove the hit title We Didn't Start the Fire, a Wacky Trial article comparable to the hated genre of Wacky War. It is alleged that Joel "pulled a torch out of his ass, farted, and it lit." You get the picture. Sprinkling in more song titles can't save it. Spıke 🎙️00:50 22-Sep-15

- Abstain. I can see the problems with this article, but it also had some genius moments in it that had me laughing really hard (I especially liked the bit with the picky customer who won't eat their E. coli and salmonella sandwich unless it was burnt to ashes first). The proposed replacement article is okay, but not sure if it's a huge improvement over the original (for one, it's a little quote-heavy for my taste). - Delete. Not funny, just odd.--EpicWinner (talk) 00:38, September 22, 2015 (UTC)
- Delete. Someone had the notion to confuse Townshend with a Spanish guitarist (whom I cannot identify from the article, so to me, it remains a riddle and not a joke). He fleshed it out mostly by translating signature Townshend rants, and hits by The Who, into often incorrect Spanish, which will lose a great many of our readers, and not win over any of them, as I cannot see any added cleverness. Spıke 🎙️16:30 21-Sep-15
- Delete. The mixing up of the two guitarists has not really worked. Perhaps turning it on its head by making the Spanish guitarist the obvious subject may have been a better strategy. Random-ish lists are a large part of the execution too. EStop ⚓ 06:57 01-10-2015 (UTC)

- Rewrite It could do with some spicing up. If someone isn't up to the task it isn't too bad the way it is, but as said below, it could do with more subtle references to real events than just plain making stuff up (also, does anyone know that the Jon Stallen and Yoko Ono jokes relate to anything, or are they just there because of "random = funny"?). - Delete. 80% of this article's humour was reliant on a huge discography list featuring the whole Soundgarden catalogue, with every album and song title replaced with a pun (and if a pun couldn't be found, a random phrase). I deleted said list, and the end result doesn't hold much. The bulk of it I don't really understand whether there is a connection to the band themselves. Ends with a joke about their Indian guitarist being "Osama Bin Laden, a Muslim terrorist" (as well as Kermit the Frog, Captain America and Del Boner all being the vocalist). I could write a replacement, but I thought first I should consult the Council. ConCass2 (talk) 12:55, September 30, 2015 (UTC)

- Keep. Rough, but salvageable. The rape jokes need to be toned down for sure, but I think it is more or less a blunt reflection of what anime fandom is sometimes actually be like. - Abstain. ... for now as work has commenced. Distasteful article as the present angle is through the eyes of the offender and it should go. Agree that anime does at times point to this sort of thing, however, it would be more palatable taking a matter-of-fact view from the band, therefore belittling the "rapist fans".
