Total cardiac eclipse

I wrote this article total cardiac eclipse and I really like it but I think it needs some images. I wanted some images from the totally crazy Total Eclipse of the Heart music video, especially of the freaky zombie choir boys, but I don't know how to get them and google image search isn't helping. Here's where you come in, hopefully? I also can't seem to get a picture of a good Mortal Kombat fatality in which the heart is removed.
