However that tag gives the admins the opportunity to delete the article after 30 days without an edit if they see fit. Maybe it's not "ICU" but it's basically the same thing, but with a longer period. It's generally used for higher quality articles which the tagger thinks have more potential than those which get "ICU". So, if anything, I think the "No VFD noms for ICU or WIP" guideline should apply more so to {{expand}} Get what I mean? Maybe this article is pants (yes the 2 months are up) but I would rather see the VFD voting effort required on the part of the community used for articles which are can not be removed through other means...
