Forum:Jason Hallameya Retires From a Life of Crime
Jason Hallameya
Over the last week i have been blanking pages, impersonateing admins and just being a major asshole. Im sincerly sorry for my past behavior and wish to make up for it. I have already started by telling admins something that could have caused problems. Again I realy am sorry and would wish to be a prouductive member of this site. --71.126.163.188 18:02, 5 June 2007 (UTC) JASON HALLAMEYA
- Are you going to pull a Tookie Williams and write children's books to dissuade our youth from wiki vandalism? -- 18:19, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Ah good idea ill write an article to do that. Jason hallameya --71.126.163.188 18:49, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
What did we do when Jeffrey Dahmer did his penance for his sins? He got toasted in a lifetime of jail. I hope y'all see the analogy, despite that fact that it's still the sysops' decision. I'm putting this on QVFD in the meantime. -- 18:53, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
- As an added bonus, check out this IPs first contrib. -- 18:56, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
I have changed and if i was going to go back i would not of told them what they should fix to stop major vandalism--71.126.163.188 19:15, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
- What did you tell them? --Hrodulf 19:26, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
I had created a program that would work use the random page button to open lots of browsers and a differant ip would vandaize each one and keep editing and posting the same message. I think i could have got it to work with a couple hundred browsers up at once.U would have to ban each one seperatly. It was a work of genuis. I might try it one day on ED though Jason Hallameya --71.126.163.188 19:36, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
- How could that be stopped, though? Aside from banning IP edits (which I've advocated before, for precisely this reason). --Hrodulf 19:56, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Guys... he's sincere, we've spoken on IRC, Spang, if you delete this again I will cut your testicles off and mash them into the next haggis you eat -- Prof. Olipro KUN (W)Anchor Op Bur. (Harass) 22:37, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
I also wish to better my wicked ways of wrongdoing
For the last couple of days I have been breaking in to the house of my neighbours while they are asleep. I have been raiding their fridge, stealing cd's and dvd's and tapping there electricity for my cannabis room. I feel very very bad about this and want to make up for it. So I spoke to the rent-master about a way to prevent such mischief in the future, Don't let scum like me get there hands on a set of keys and use it for instance. If I would have done this with a dozen houses I really would have been shitfaced on high spirits every night. To make up for this I will, at night when drinking their beer, Duct-tape together all those priceless family, wedding and baby photo's of those nice people who's photo's ripped up and burned at the edges. I hope me and those people will from now on get along in a nice way after I have demonstrated my good willed nature to them and maybe, just maybe I might try my brilliant break in technique at their neighbours place. --Vosnul 20:42, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

I have been impersonating a police officer and "arresting" nubile teenage girls, imprisoning them in my underground love bunker for fun and frollicks. I'd just like to say I've very sorry. -- Sir Mhaille (talk to me)

- I added it to W100Ro2007 before, but someone removed it because it was "too soon". I tried to word it as anti-troll feeding as possible, though. -- 12:19, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Sorry to ruin the party
This guy had quite a few of us running after him for days and reverting his crap, and just after a wee chat on IRC everything is now settled? How about giving him some time off before embracing him fondly? ~ 08:13, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- Sure, but tell you what, if it results in *ANOTHER* shitstorm of hatred and bad-will, can I ban you too for taking your advice? -- Prof. Olipro KUN (W)Anchor Op Bur. (Harass) 20:39, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- I was being serious for a change. I don't see why, on a threat of a shitstorm, we should give a vandal a break, just because he's a bit more advanced than the next guy. We infiniban people for much less for what he did. I just find it bizarre that out of the blue he's suddenly "reformed" ~ 20:43, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- Nothing personal, I love you and all, but so was I, and this is a case where pragmatism takes prcedent over principle... and in fact, there was a long discussion on IRC which you weren't part of, so it's not just the case of a simple unbanning. -- Prof. Olipro KUN (W)Anchor Op Bur. (Harass) 21:26, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

- Give him a month, it's what I'm doing. --
- Banning him seems pointless though, since he has a proxy generator or whatever. Maybe probation is a better idea (i.e. special rules)? I'm just trying to be practical. Yeah, he did a lot of damage, but I'm not sure a ban will work to stop the damage. Of course if the damage continues, probably banning would be the only thing left to do. It's a blunt instrument, at best, but the only choice sometimes. --Hrodulf 20:49, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

Hrodulf is right. Not to be--JASON+HALLAMEYA 00:41, 7 June 2007 (UTC) cocky but if im trying to help why ban me, If i want ill just come back create a new name. The only way i can think of to keep me out for good is to stop all new account creations. But if i am ever banned for doing something stupid i will take the punishment like a man. This last account ill make. --JASON+HALLAMEYA 20:58, 6 June 2007 (UTC) Actualy make a poll, If more people want me to go ill leave forever. I wont come back to vandalize or anything else.you have my word. --JASON+HALLAMEYA 21:02, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

Please allow me to keep my skepticism
I'm not start calling names or making pledges to our patriotism just because the most he can do is keep on annoying us in the way he always did, not a particularly clever one, as a 50-lined javascript could deal with him. -- herr doktor needsAbolt [scream!] 22:29, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
- It's pretty simple - he'll find himself back on ban patrol if he starts screwing with Uncyc again. --~

22:50, 6 June 2007 (UTC)- And by this time, he will have laughed at us two times, for easily disrupting our system using random proxies and by seeing the bunch of bleeding-heart pussies we are. Actually, he already won, as he is finally seeing us openly citing his name, the way that would have the page deleted just some hours ago. -- herr doktor needsAbolt [scream!] 22:58, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Look im actualy as surprised as you that they let me in this easy, I thought id have to go through a lot of crap to become a member. I feel bad for what i was doing and im trying to make up for it. Also Jason Hallameya isnt my real name.--JASON+HALLAMEYA 23:43, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
I did not take the poll down.--JASON+HALLAMEYA 00:41, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
If he really wanted to became an useful member of the community leading us to forgive what he alredy did, nothing easier than starting a new account without any mention to his "Jason Hallameya" nickname. Nobody would notice, and in a couple of months very few would even remember about his previous accounts and misdeeds. There is really no need to unban any of his former accounts to let him back. But it seems to me, he doensn't want us to forget his misdeeds, on the contrary, he just wants to keep showing off.---Asteroid B612 (aka Rataube) - Ñ 18:34, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
That was my orginal idea, To create an account name with no referance to Jason and not tell anyone who i was after i talked on irc but an admin told me to create JASON_HALLAMEYA and write an apoligy here so i did. --JASON+HALLAMEYA 01:27, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

- I think Jason seems a rather House-like character - he's too proud to go by another name, too full of self-belief to realise it's not always good to show off. And perhaps often annoying even when he's trying to do good. But that doesn't mean he couldn't be useful if he seriously wants to be. Now can we please stop the pointless speculation until someone has some evidence? If he's still a bad boy, we'll probably know soon enough. -- Whhhy?Whut? How? *Back from the dead* 22:55, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

- I guess the idea behind it is that we all vote misunderestimated in order to rule the previous vote of misunderestimated to be misunderestimated. A misunderestimated misunderestimate surely can't be misunderestimated again by the community and therefor we should probably ... do something about it!. yes, thats it --Vosnul 17:39, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
