What's sucks about them? The fact that you don't know how to use either of them, cause they are both quite fast (FireFox currently gives me faster download speed than Chrome does, and this is with my extensions on) and are not prone to crashes unless you're on a shit computer, or what? Well, I have no clue why it isn't working for you. If you haven't changed settings on anything or something then I don't know what the fuck to do. Hmm... Search your C drive for system32.
