Anyone can revive IC if they've got the balls and the charisma. Joey Numbers did it once, with mixed results. Why? did it before him. Zombiebaron was the most successful when he brought it back, though. For God's sake, I only did one colonisation as leader! I believe Qzekrom has the charisma, and I have the balls. After all, I want to revive the usergroups.
