Hot Property: Former home of Sinaloa Dance Boss |
20 June 2014
BEVERLY HILLS, California
'Casa del Barfo', the sprawling compound that was once the home of Sinaloa Dance boss Alfredo "El Hoochie-Coochie" Sauza', is back on the market. Silverado Reality has set the asking price at $5 million.
Although the 10 acre property is in Los Angele's ritzy Beverly Hills had been in the process of being sold the deal never closed. Presumably, this is because the foreign buyer finally caught a glimpse of the piece of crap and backed out, said Michael Schusterman of Silverado Realty.
The more than 1,500 square foot main house was built in the 1980's period, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 halls, 2 kitchens that work, and 2 carports when last listed on the Multiple Listing Service. The compound was amassed by combining 2 equally crappy looking 750 square foot houses.
There is a soccer playing area, a swimming pool set-up area, and a picnic area. For more on celebrity sports and luxury real estate, check out the expanded Hot Property blog at www.latimes.com/hotproperty.
