The Civic Republic Military, or CRM, is a fictional army that protects the Civic Republic of Philadelphia in The Walking Dead universe. Not to be confused with the white Stormtrooper knock-offs known as the Commonwealth Army in Ohio, CRM soldiers wear black suits with stupid helmets. They appear in:
