The Secretary is the commander-in-chief of Uncyclopedia, and has veto power over the The Committee in Charge of Making Sure that the Uncyclopedia Power Structure Template resembles a pyramid. The Secretary is head of the Secretariacy, with all the rights and responsibilities that that position conveys.
