Uncyclopedia:Policies and guidelines

Honour our honourable policies. OR ELSE!

Or else what?

Exactly.

Most of Uncyclopedia's policy pages are labeled "ignorable". This is similar to the label on a propane tank which says "flammable". These labels simply point out that the items in question can be ignored or set on fire, but make no claim that either is an intelligent thing to do.

Actual ignorance and disregard of these policies is sufficient grounds for banning.*

* Or being exploded. You have been warned.

Definition of Policy

Policy: adj (police - y): Someone who is being very policifying, or is holding a banana and wearing a big blue hat, or an icy Pole (which is the case most of the time, considering that both North and South Pole are very icy indeed)

Guideline: noun (guy - d - line - y): A line with the intention of showing what or what not to do; globally ignored and generally accepted as a good marker on incorrecticity. Goes well whilst eating a jacket.
