CAMBRIDGE, UK - After a long stand-off, Wikipoodia, the sworn enemy of Uncyclopedia, has declared outright war on the content-free website. The rival website, which claims to be a victim of plagiarism, has issued a series of demands aimed at Uncyclopedia insisting that they should "...let someone else have a go".

"Who do these Uncyclopedians think they are coming over here and stealing our ideas?" , Wikipoodia boss, Norbet Frankenstein, told UnNews, "Just because they thought of it first doesn't mean it's not theft, possibly it involved some sort of pre-cognition perhaps but it's theft nevertheless, THEFT!"

Despite being hopelessly outnumbered, the eleven Wikipoodia subscribers, or 'Wikipoodians', have vowed to fight until the bitter end, with sticks if necessary. "The way I see it, war is hell, but we have to fight to defend our right to publish garbage on the internet without someone else doing it better than us."

Sources at Uncyclopedia have insisted that they came up with the idea of a content-free wiki all by themselves without any ability to predict the future and have assured their users that Wikipoodia represents no threat to the survival of Uncylopedia. "We will continue with our policy of non-violent resistance towards the Wikipoodian aggressors, though if they come around here waving their sticks about we will chuck rocks at them, oh yes you better believe it."

As tensions escalate, the world can only stand by and watch as this David and Goliath battle plays itself out in the days to come.
