MEXICO -- Foreign ministers from 7 Central American countries and Mexico condemned on Tuesday a military build-up in what they called "American aggression."
"We condemn the United States military build-up in Texas," the ministers said in a statement after a meeting in Mexico City. "We are also concerned with America's stated plans for further military build-up in the Gulf of Mexico."
The ministers strongly condemned America's "continued and deliberate militarization of Texas in breach of Scout's honor, including the provision of tanks, mobile ICBMs, advanced air defense systems, Air Soft, and Nerf Guns to the Texas border."
Meanwhile, in Russia, president Vlad Putin said it was none of his concern what America does within its own borders, and he suggested that America's neighbors should mind their own business as well.
