DUBLIN, IRELAND - Dublin archdiocese is being heavily criticised by the Catholic Church hierarchy for altering the number of child abuses.

UnNews reporters found that the state authorities allowed the Church to operate outside the law since 1975 by ignoring the children's reports that denied the abuses.

The current Archbishop of Dublin Diarmuid Martin said "no words of apology would ever be sufficient" and offered "to each and every child, my apology, my sorrow and my shame for not being able to abuse as many as I would wish". He added also that the "many good priests of the archdiocese" shared his sense of shame.

On the other hand the Catholic Church is discussing whether will file a complaint in the CAF (Child Abuse Federation) since Ireland is often well placed on the World Child Abusing Championship.

The Irish Minister for Justice, Dermot Ahern, called it a "scandal on an astonishing scale" and stated "I will demand at least a replay in the interests of fair play, even if it means that Ireland will lose a few Child Abusing titles".
