Broccoli has been rated the best vegetable ever by Britons, much to the disapproval of critics and chefs alike.
Chef Jamie Oliver, known for his program fighting obesity, announced the shock fact on his takeover of The F Word.
"I always hated broccoli as a child as it had no taste," the acclaimed chef said.
"And now for kids to vote it as their favourite is beyond me."
The shock survey was only carried out in retirement homes, yet Oliver assumed the survey was of kids. Idiot.
Even critic Giles Coren is flabbergasted.
"I wish people would get out there and buy Birdseye fish, or something. Broccoli is the food of sinners."
Satan had no comment on the issue.
