A fatal system error occurs when your operating system commits suicide. This can happen for several reasons and can be fixed, most commonly by getting a new computer.

The White screen of death is often mistaken as a fatal error, actually, someone has been messing with you. All in all, if it isn't a black screen with a death note, it probably isn't a fatal error.

How to fix it
