Citation
A citation[WTF?] is a tool[WTF?] authors use to legally copy[WTF?], distribute[WTF?], cite[WTF?] and downgrade others' works[WTF?]. It is found mostly[WTF?] in texts where they are used to distract their reader from the text itself[WTF?] by annoying[WTF?] them with obnoxious symbols[WTF?] and references[WTF?]. No reader[WTF?], of course, takes these seriously[WTF?] because as everyone knows[WTF?]: anything[WTF?] found on the internet is automatically true[WTF?]. Citations[WTF?] are therefore a total[WTF?] waste of the users connection[WTF?]. This is why many webbrowsers have installed an automatic citation filter that blocks citations[WTF?] so that they are not downloaded[WTF?].
The History[WTF?] of Citations[edit]
Citations date back to the texts by Plato[WTF?], who used it extensively in his writings[WTF?]. Plato was very adept at citing[WTF?] and could therefore proudly[WTF?] pass on his knowledge of citations[WTF?] to his student[WTF?], Aristotle[WTF?]. Plato and Aristotle dedicated their lives[WTF?] to spreading[WTF?] the use of citations[WTF?], and it was because of them that the practice reached Egypt[WTF?].
In Egypt[WTF?], the citations[WTF?] found [WTF?] a new home[WTF?] within the Alexandrian Library[WTF?]. The citations prospered[WTF?] within the library, and slowly[WTF?] but surely[WTF?] evolved from their citational roots[WTF?]. With lots of books[WTF?] to infect and cite[WTF?], the citations grew exponentially{{}}, and within weeks[WTF?] formed their own society[WTF?] and congressional courts[WTF?]. It didn't take long[WTF?] before the citations took over the library[WTF?], and within a month[WTF?] of the liberation, the citations had taken over Egypt.[WTF?] Through clever[WTF?] use of text manipulation[WTF?], the citations spread throughout the world[WTF?].
From Egyp[WTF?]t, the now evolved[WTF?] citations had an almost[WTF?] divine[WTF?] impact on the world[WTF?]. It is still tradition in Taiwan[WTF?], for example, that in order to be successful in life[WTF?] you must cite at least 10 sources[WTF?] for every one thing you make up[WTF?]. Scientists today can only nod their heads[WTF?] in agreement[WTF?] when looking[WTF?] at the countless[WTF?] unsuccessful[WTF?] internet hogs that exist[WTF?].
Citations have since been proven[WTF?] to be the cause of The Seven Plagues[WTF?], human stupidity[WTF?], global warming[WTF?], the holocaust[WTF?], entropy[WTF?], human stupidity[WTF?], and the 16-year[WTF?] overdue[WTF?] end of the 100 Year War[WTF?].
Examples Of Citations in Speech[WTF?][edit]
JACK: Oh my god[WTF?] Jill! Your mum is such a smokin' MILF [WTF?]!
JILL: She's 56[WTF?], Jack![WTF?]
JACK: Yumm, cougar, I don't mind [WTF?]
JILL: Shut up about my mum or I will stab you![WTF?]
JACK: I wanna fuck ya mum [WTF?], Jill. Make it happen.
JILL: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
JACK: Argggh!
Jill stands covered in Jacks blood [WTF?]
Lack of Citations in popular culture[edit]
Lack of citations can be found anywhere[WTF?]. Really[WTF?]. Lack of citing has become proper practice[WTF?], and it is therefore common to find " [WTF?] " stuck to anything[WTF?].
Some[WTF?] also[WTF?] find[WTF?] it[WTF?] funny[WTF?] to[WTF?] stick[WTF?] the[WTF?] tags[WTF?] to[WTF?] every[WTF?] word[WTF?] in[WTF?] a[WTF?] sentence[WTF?].
Or two[WTF?][WTF?] on the same word[WTF?].
Not four[ERROR!][ERROR!][ERROR!][ERROR!] though[WTF?].
Five[WTF?][WTF?][WTF?][WTF?][WTF?] works[WTF?].
Sometimes you find sentences of purely tags. [WTF?] [WTF?] [WTF?] [WTF?] [WTF?] [WTF?] [WTF?].
In fact, some sites have whole sections solely made up of tags[WTF?]. You really shouldn't trust those![WTF?]
