There is no autoupdate for the headline of the featuring template. And since the featuring shifts at GMT 00:00, and I'm at GMA +2, this means I have to update the numbers at 2am. So obviously, this will happen a bit later everyday. As for the ties, everyone voted FOR multiple ties....
