Humour: 1 Random, listy, not funny. If it wasn't in userspace, this would find its way to QVFD or VFD very quickly.
Concept: 1 WTF?
Prose and formatting: 5 Random stub with a short list. Nothing to write home about. Still, spelling and grammar aren't too bad, and formatting is OK, so points for that.
Images: 1 None.
Miscellaneous: 2 Averaged.
Final Score: 10 This is a really bad start. Seriously, it's what gets called an unfunny, listy stub, and speedy deletion. I'm not trying to be nasty to you here, just honest. I see articles like this get deleted every day. If you want to improve it, see my comments below.

There's not much specific advice I can give here beyond "detonate it and start again" to be honest. But a few things worth bearing in mind are:

  1. Start with a concept. Concept is king. A good central concept will give you plenty of direction for your article. So, what's special about the statgue? What is it a monument to? How was it created, and who by? Is the number of toes intentional, or even relevant? OK, it's from LOST, so there may not be much information available, but if you can't write much about it, find something else to write an article about around here.
  2. Read HTBFANJS. Read it carefully, and completely. It will help you if you are serious about writing a good, funny article.
  3. Take some time to look around here. Read some of the articles on here. That should give you an idea of the kind of thing we are aiming for.
  4. Ask for help! You can ask to be adopted by an experienced user, as Led says in his helpful message on your talk page. Led himself is an excellent mentor, but there are others who are only too pleased to help people become good writers on here. Or this is a list of people happy to help new users if you have a question (check their talk pages though, some haven't been active for a while).

However, well done for starting your article in userspace, that shows you have paid some attention, and leads me to think if you apply yourself, there could well be hope for you.

As ever, this is only my opinion, others are available, and good luck!
