MANCHESTER, Great Britain - Today, a meteorologist in Manchester, England has finally ran out of names to name hurricanes. Eugene, the last hurricane he had named, had recently been downgraded to a tropical storm (for he only gets to name the minor systems), which has made him run out of names for his hurricanes. He has been using a name encyclopedia but currently no names are left in the book, for all have been used to name those hurricanes-gone-tropical-storm. He has now started a tradition of naming tornadoes, but only two so far have been named; he is not expected to name the minor storms or run out of names either.
