Rats around the world have been found to contain Bill Clinton's DNA. Clinton denied ever transporting his DNA to rats, nor having sex with them. But that leaves the mystery, how did the DNA get into the rats? Clinton suggests this may a radioactive accident. Although, Clinton was probably just speaking out his arse. People who have been bitten by the rats claim they have been spekaing with a strange accent and had the urge to have sex with old fat women. Will the pandemic stop? Who knows.
