Everyone killed in horrendous indycar crash UnNews Logo Potato.png

16 October 2011

All 34 racers were killed in this crash.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- This day is a tragic day for indycars as all 34 competitors in the recent indycar race at Las Vegas, Nevada died in a horrendous pileup. The crash was so big it caused the race to be stopped early and no points or title were awarded.

Here are some opinions of the drivers they could have said if they survived.

Tony Kanaan might've said "Racing at more than 220mph on high-banked ovals is a potential for disaster."

Mario Franchitti said "Believe me, we will address it and find a solution. But today is not the day to talk about that. This is a day to remember everybody."

Oreo Servia said "We all had a bad feeling about this place in particular just because of the high banking and how easy it was to go flat. We knew it could happen, but it's just really sad."
