Why are we attacking a big oil company (Esso) on this page? Their office isn't in the New Forest at all. It is North of the New Forest and their oil interests lay mainly in the Weald. (If you don't live in the South of England you won't understand a word of that). Get your facts right! Sir ScottPat (talk)

- PS--On that score, the article could do better. The section on Esso is partly the tedious petrobusiness=greed line, and this and the rest of the article toward the end reads too much as though it is a serious bill of particulars against the residents of the area.
