So DiZ "made" this: Game:Multiplayer Chess. I think it's not appropriate for here. Thoughts?--Shrooms.jpgShroom!.gifGay2.gifSir Flammable KUN Prince!.gif (Na Naaaaa...)Gay2.gifShroom!.gifShroomirror.jpg 15:40, 16 September 2006 (UTC)

Looks like DiZ needs to head to wikichess or WikiProject Chess and play there. Especially if he insists on having a standard board, rules, and pieces. Bone F clear.png Sir Famine, Gun Petition » 15:53, 16 September 2006 (UTC)

Why you crampin' my style, yo?! We've got plenty of other game articles here like Zork and what-not. And I personally think a chess page would be awesome. If not, I could always copy it onto my User subpage or something. You probably don't know how to play. Actually, if given the chance I'd delete everything in the [[Game:]] namespace, and everything which links to it. Bone F clear.png Sir Famine, Gun Petition » 16:02, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
And everything that had ever thought about linking to it. -- Sir Mhaille Icons-flag-gb.png (talk to me)
What do you have against Game:? That's a lot of great stuff there. --User:Nintendorulez 18:59, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
Not as far as I can tell. Bone F clear.png Sir Famine, Gun Petition » 03:11, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
Maybe if DIZ found a way to make chess funny. Maybe he could plaster images from his precious Bestiary all over the board? Or he could turn the King peice into a penis, the Queen into a vagina, and so on! The rook could be a turd! --Brigadier General Sir Zombiebaron 16:15, 16 September 2006 (UTC)

Know what, someone go right ahead and delete it. It'd be more convenient to manage on my own user space anyways and I wouldn't get so many gayx0rz morons skull-fucking it to death. --Señor DiZtheGreat Honor me! CUN AOTM ( Worship me!) (Praise me!) (Join me!) AMEN! 18:16, 16 September 2006 (UTC)

It should just have a complete lack of rules, but people have to explain their moves. "My bishop bores your rook with longwinded ranting about how homosexuals are abominations, and the rook suicides." "For no reason whatsoever, a black hole opened up in the middle of the board." "Everyone knows the black kings run faster" "KEKEKEKEKEKE ZERG PAWN RUSH!" --User:Nintendorulez 18:59, 16 September 2006 (UTC)

If that's what it takes... --Señor DiZtheGreat Honor me! CUN AOTM ( Worship me!) (Praise me!) (Join me!) AMEN! 19:38, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, it'll work, DIZ. The complete lack of rules rules! At least now you NEVER know what happens next. In real chess, you have some idea, but here: NO! I like it this way. --$$$ - RichDude530 - $$$ Icons-flag-us.png (RANT) (MUN) 17:03, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
I agree, that's why I set up this little thing on my own User Space if anyone is interested in actual chess-playing: User:DiZ/chess --Señor DiZtheGreat Honor me! CUN AOTM ( Worship me!) (Praise me!) (Join me!) AMEN! 17:08, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
I disagree with the lack of rules though. Chess has to have rules, else it's gibberish. The more complex and confounding the rules, the better, of cause. Secondly, rules cannot be broken (aka you cannot change rules after they're made. However, very specific situational rules can be added, within reasonable limits.) Thirdly, any move done by one side, must be capable of being done by the other (with the exception of the "moving first" rule). Lastly, nobody wins, everybody dies.
Basically, in my opinion this should be a parody of Chess, and not Starcraft/Monopoly/Game-of-the-current-time-period.
In addition, before/during implementation any rules should be carefully noted down in a seperate official page, for scorekeeping. Rules must be clearly defined and reusable (not necessarily in the same game, but must be possible to use at different points in a single game). This is to prevent misintepretation and allow the other side a fair chance to not abuse it in their advantage. (ok, you can start flaming me now) --Quira 17:26, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
First off, Multiplayer Chess IS for parody, secondly; I already gave you a link to a place you can play a serious game. As for the notation thing, fine, you can do notation, but on the same page. Keep in mind: This ain't Wikipedia. --Señor DiZtheGreat Honor me! CUN AOTM ( Worship me!) (Praise me!) (Join me!) AMEN! 17:46, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
