Looks like a full-fledged article at this point to me. As noted elsewhere by Romartus, it's often good to carry through a theme to unify an article, plus it makes it easier to come up with more funny. If you carry through with the criminal angle, you can probably add a bit more in the short sections. If not, go with what you have.
