So Being new I am unsure about much. I notice this article has a regular wiki reference. I like that. It leands that false credence and makes things funnier being able to inculde a wiki link spot of truth here and there. Geography is pretty solid and fun. :) SO is it cool to add such sure fire stuff like that into any uncyclepedia article or is that just good for the UN news? I usually do it for UnNews so a reader can see 'where' the joke is coming from. This helps with news articles where it all depends where you are located - remember that the people who contribute here come from all over the world. Spike is in the USA and I am in the UK. You can also add a Wikipedia link in the body of the article so people can track back what you are on about (see for example Fracking. Other links - it depends on what the story is about. So it has appeared on another humour/humor website (like Cracked for example), that looks a bit second hand to me and providing free advertising to them to boot. --Laurels.gifRomArtus*Imperator ITRA (Orate) ® 08:00, February 7, 2014 (UTC)
It is part of the house style to add sources to an UnNews because most readers will not have read the relevant real-world news. It is strongly discouraged to add links anywhere else, as encyclopedia articles should be funny standing on their own without making the reader watch your favorite YouTube. Spıke Ѧ 14:47 7-Feb-14
