Does this template really have a value

Brief opinion on that

The amount of crap and spamming shit that goes on is an annoying on article talkpages. We ideally want constuctive comments rather than some bitching IPs/slutlist spamming cunts etc. I don't have a problem with a template that gives links and guidence to noobs and so forth. I really fail to see why a limiting response is/was needed. I have used it on a number of my articles and I believe its not a solution to the loitering/arsehole behaivior, but its some measure to stop what is one of the single most annoying practices on here.--Sycamore (Talk) 17:20, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
