That site is a comedy goldmine. Parody of a parody?

I thought that the flat earth society, like pastafarianism, was MEANT to be so ridiculous it was funny, and wasn't supposed to be taken seriously. I thought that people PRETENDED to believe that the Earth is flat so that they could argue for the sake of debate. People actually believed that the world was flat. Unless you want to make a new article, called the Spherical Earth Society, which would be totally ridiculous. I see what you're getting at, but...
