Anon, thank you for starting this article, and it is a crying shame about that ban, evidently for serial unfunniness, and that it runs twice as long as the clock on the {{ICU}} award that you received. With help from two veterans, we may have stabilized this one.
I am decreeing (until, of course, a better idea strolls in) that this article must never actually explain what "barf" is, nor host competitions to see who can be most gross. Nor simply provide cheap puns based on words about barfing, as Anon dedicated his final edit here this month.

I'm reverting your deletion of most of the remaining Frequently Asked Questions (about one-third of the original list). Also the section you added on vore porn, except for the nice photo. It is thoroughly vulgar (which itself isn't a problem), breaks my proposed rule above that the Barf article should not indicate what barf is, we already hit the fetish aspect with the Oscar Wilde quote, and I'd have to fix your spelling anyway.
