Plutia, known as Pururut (プルルート Pururūt) in Japan, is a character in Hyperdimension Neptunia, and is the CPU of Planeptune in a 1980s-parallel universe. She is considered to be the very best waifu since Neptune. She also can be known as Iris Heart or Sadie.

Some YouTube channels, Fandom articles and Reddit comments state that when Plutia transformed into a goddess, Iris Heart beats up Histoire because she didn't care about it.

Plutia's headquarters are from Central and South Planeptune. Plutia likes to transform into Iris Heart, starts fight with other goddesses in Neptunia, working as a CEO for the large business conglomerate, plants weed, coca flowers, malunggay, mangoes, young coconut, and breeds pigs, cow and chicken and others for her food industry. She also owns some condo and mall buildings. Plutia was also partnered with Neptune to make a united front against Pro-Iranian puppets.

Plutia likes to invest in farming and pesticide industry while working as a goddess. Its widely known that her wife was Neptune, which some critics said that Plutia was lesbian for some reasons.

Relations with other Goddesses and Haruhiism

Plutia has good relationships with Noire, Neptune, Vert and Blanc — however, she has has non-friendly relationships with other anime characters outside of Neptunia in some cases.

Relations with the Haruhiism were relatively bad, after she killed 700-1,000 followers of the Neptunia Goddesses — which is described as a "discrimination and genocide". This act was condemned by the goddesses Neptune and Plutia.

Plutia also condemned the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, along with her long time goddess partner; Neptune. A similar condemnation was used by Noire, after the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan.

Accomplishments

Plutia and other goddesses such as Vert and Neptune allegedly funded the Indian Cow Vigilantes, which caused hundreds of people killed due to eating or bringing beef meat, Because eating beef or cow meat is a taboo in Hindu religion. And together with Senran Kagura Girls from Hanzo Academy, they also funded some politicians in Pakistan to oust Imran Khan in 10 April 2022. Some sources and insiders had announced silently that they will fund support to oust Rajapaksa via no-trust vote system.

According to a Wikipedia sandbox archived edit back in March 29, it was known by some estimates that Plutia runs several condo and mall projects in the Philippines, and became a goddess in Planeptune twice in 1991-2001, and 2003, and became a member of a parliament in Quezon City, Philippines in 2018., which is kinda bizarre since these goddesses only live in Planeptune and not in the lands of Philippines. The reason on the sandbox editing according to some claims that it was a copypasta from the 'Najib Mikati' Wikipedia article, however official claims said that it was an undisclosed conspiracy theory set up by those paid by Neptunia fans in the Philippines for some reason, since the editor is on Philippines.
