The month for nominated articles/Uncyclopedian etc should be on the work done in the previous month, not the current one. Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me but I am guessing there is a good reason for this. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 21:34, February 8, 2010 (UTC)
- Er, yes, generally the "employee of the month" is awarded a cheesy plaque for being a consistently good employee the previous month.
- And Hyperbole won Writer of the Year because he was a good employee all year and kept his bathroom breaks to less than 5 minutes a day. --S0.S0S.0S.0S0 02:34, February 9, 2010 (UTC)
- If only. It takes nearly five minutes just to piss out a single 40 of MGD, given my alarmingly enlarged prostate and all. 06:22, February 9, 2010 (UTC)
- I would say all of the work ever done whether it be an article to feature or Uncyclopedian/whatever of the month is what is to be considered. Did you idiots really change the rules while I've been gone? The only things that should have time restritions are NOTB and the top articles of the month/year. Really, don't smash something with a bat when it hasn't been completely filled with cum, yet. MegaPleb • Dexter111344 • Complain here 23:19, February 8, 2010 (UTC)

- @Romartus: Yes, it is the blah blah blah of the month award, but that doesn't preclude users from being nominated for past successes. Obviously, if there is a user who is did great last month, then he/she should be the first candidate nominated. But still, if some people want to honor another user who did some great stuff a while back but for some reason didn't get an award, then by all means they should be allowed to.
