  1. Against. I think it's poorly written. And yes, I realize that is part of the joke -- but anyone not familiar with the now-outdated story of Malaysia's repudiation of Uncyc would likely be utterly confused by the piece. That makes it effectively an in-joke. In my opinion, to be featured the article should be completely rewritten in faux-serious style.
