UnScripts:Waiting for Breivik[edit]
Something weird came out of it. I like it but would like to get feedback. Sir Ptok-BentonicznyPisz tutaj • KUN 21:50, September 1, 2011 (UTC)
Humour: | 8.5 | I must say, this article is well and truly a work of genius. You've taken the absurdest idea of Waiting for Godot and juxtaposed it with the recent massacre involving (who else?) Anders Brevik. Not only does this make this more suitable for yuppie 13-year olds who don't know jack about the original play, it also makes your script that much funnier. I particularly liked the discussion where the grandpa and his kid are discussing what would happen if 99 Breviks, and the whole "God is an Englishman" gag. Heck, I even liked the digs made on Norway's leftist policies that would not allow Brevik to be hanged, despite grandpa's fierce desire to see him dead. I really love the article like it is, but there's really no harm in shoving a bit more Seinfield-ish humor in there. |
Concept: | 9 | Excellent concept. You've taken a classical play, and changed the concept in order to incorporate the horrific Oslo massacre making your article more relevant and funny. I must say, every cloud does have its silver lining! |
Prose and formatting: | 8.5 | Good job with the writing and formatting and stuff, but I wouldn't want to offend Funnybony by giving you a perfect score because, you know.... |
Images: | 7.5 | I can't really make sense of the images, but for some reason they kind of gel well with the script you've written. I'd have preferred if you had more images directly relevant to the plot, but who am I to question your unusual tastes? |
Miscellaneous: | 8.5 | My gut feeling |
Final Score: | 42 | On the whole, this page is hilarious and a work of genius. Of course, it couldn't hurt to have more jokes put in, but if you nominate this for VFH, you have my vote. |
