Description

This template produces boxes with portal links. These boxes are typically placed under the "See also" section in articles relating to broad subjects. Portal:Portals has a list of Uncyclopedia portals.

Usage

Images

The images displayed are looked up in a local database under the first letter of the portal name. For example, the current image for comedy is: File:Comedy potatohead.png, which can be changed by editing a line in Module:Portal/images/c.

If an image doesn't exist for a portal name, the fallback image is File:Portal-puzzle.svg.

History

There was an old template named Template:Portal used in only one place; it was moved to Template:WikiProject Everything Portal.

In its place, wikipedia:Template:Portal was set up.
