Usage

The same as {{Q}}, the regular template for quotations. Arguments:

  1. What was said
  2. Who said it
  3. What he was talking about — Please don't use the third argument unless it is actually funny and unless the result hangs together. For example, don't use it just to repeat that the quote is about the subject of the article.
