Sorry about delaying a response for fourteen years. Uncyclopedia articles about X (including "personal freedoms") are not required to be moderated according to the subject matter they are about. We are about personal freedom (to edit) (subject to exceptions codified in our rules). Pages, even about personal freedoms, are sometimes locked if they become the focus of vandals who would render them less funny, that being our essential goal. Now, the article you would have us do a See also seems to never have existed on this website, so the answer is no. Spıke 🎙️00:22 20-Feb-23
