Humour:	4	I like the jab at Finland. I don't know why. I like Finland.
Concept:	6	The concept is alright. Badly implemented.
Prose and formatting:	7	Well formatted, and the mock-encyclopedic tone is good.
Images:	4	I'm not sure that I entirely like the concept of the picture that's included. Kinda non sequitur, and not in a good way.
Miscellaneous:	2	This is where the suggestions come in. I'd suggest giving an excerpt from the Tiddlywinks Rule Book after the introductory paragraph. Have fun with it. It would be a definite improvement. Also, I'd suggest reading the Extreme Tiddley-Winks article for their interpretation of the game (after all, they came first). That adds continuity and makes it overall funnier when you read it from the See Also section. Which I would suggest adding to.
Final Score:	23	And now for my final thought. I think this article has some untapped potential (it's not an LOL concept, but there's only a handful that are) and that you need to tap it. Right on the shoulder. Until then, sayonara, I hope I helped.
