NEEDS COMPLETE REWRITE

As mentioned below, this article was written by a fuckin jap. People come to uncyclopedia to have a good laugh, not read stupid racist crap. Half the article is useless and the other half is pointless. It's true that gaming is popular in S Korea, but don't go overboard with just Starcraft, because it gets lame after a while. Try other games or another subject matter.

Agreed with the above. I've contributed some real (non-gaming) stuff that's hopefully amusing and not racist. I've also changed "Corea" to "Korea" (see comment below by other user). Still, the more the merrier. Please help this page grow in a good way: ie. be on the funny side of poking fun at a country (not the racist side) and for the lova 걷 enough with the starcraft references. If you know about Korean pop culture, come to this page, make jokes, be funny... you know what to do. PS. If you've come to this page to write something about eating dogs, ask yourself: am I trying to be funny or just trying to make Korea look bad? If the answer is the latter, please try harder to be funny. Thanks.

DC inside materials

There are materials snatched off from DCInside.

The original creators of the works may not approve ways in which these materials are used.

Some of the sections are not funny, purely racist( not only against south korea but other states mentioned here e.g:japan), and immature.

Plus the whole article sounds like it's written by some immigrant of korean origin living in a western state with an extremely outdated information.

Is there any coherent reason for spelling Korea with a C?

Hi, I'm an American doing research on South Korea and I find this offensive in the extreme and ask that it be removed immediately. It's racist and unfunny and the person(s) who wrote it need to be heavily medicated before they harm themselves. I think this article is funny but some parts in the "Famous Koreans" section ( http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/South_Korea#.ED.92.B0.EC.9D.B4.EB.A8.B8.EC.8A.A4_.EC.82.AC.EC.9A.B0.EC.93.B0_.EC.BD.94.EB.A4.BC.EC.95.88.EC.A6.88_.E3.83.BC_Famous_South_Koreans ) are really offensive and far below the belt so that it isn't funny anymore like calling Girls' Generation "whores" and TVXQ "gay". Furthermore figure skating gold medaillist Kim Yuna is probably Koreas biggest Star, but there is nothing mentioned about figure skating in the Sports section. This article is total fail. It's just goddamn country level self hatred sauce on direct copy of Korean uncyclopedia article. I don't think it's done by Non-Korean; If Korean haters wrote the racist parts, it would have turned out worse. This article must have been buffed by Korean with bad sense of humor. How do I know it? Because I'm Korean! Look at my IP! And from my instinct I strongly assume that guy above me is one of the Korean uncyclopedia (Bek-gae sajeon) facist nerds who don't even understand what oscar wildism is. Thank you for your suggestion! When you feel an article needs fixin', please feel obligated to make whatever changes you feel are needed, (even though they'll probably be reverted 5 seconds later). Uncyclopedia is a wiki, so almost anyone can edit almost any article by almost simply following the edit link almost at the top. You don't even need to log in in most cases! (Although there are some reasons why you might like to...) The Uncyclopedia Cabal encourages you to be italic. Don't worry too much about making honest mistakes—they're likely to be found and corrected quickly, and your 6 month ban will fly by faster than you think. If you're not sure how editing works, check out proper wiki formatting, or use the sandbox to try out your vandalizing skills. The main reason this article hasn't been rewritten yet is it keeps being vandalized by IPs and angry nationals before a good article can be written. I would suggest to write a new version of it in your userspace..ie User:SupernautK/South Korea since that way you may have a chance to finish it, but be sure to make it funny for both Koreans and non-Koreans. Making the edit you requested, the page would remain one of our more tasteless.
