Creation of a real article

As said here (VFD) this page was a simple copy-paste of Belfast (see the 2012 version of Pickering and Belfast) created in September 2012, substituting "Belfast" with "Pickering" only into lead section and infobox... And this was the only difference. Because of this nonsense, and because it isn't a Pickering in Ireland (nearest one is Pickering, North Yorkshire); I found a solution to avoid deletion (a redir to Belfast, totally unrelated to Pickering, makes little sense): I'm tryin' to create an article about the largest (and existing) Pickering, a suburban town west of Toronto.
