I once heard/misheard the term and so the impetus for writing this article was simply to house the pun in the second sentence. However, there is a Wikipedia article on the investment strategy, which gives rise to the classical fallacy: That there is a mechanical way for the novice to outperform the masses, and if you do, the masses won't notice it and simply defeat it by doing the same thing.
