Addition of Fix template

I have added the Fix template because I believe that, in its current state, this article has little redeeming value, but I think the core concept has hope. Right now, the article has all of two jokes; the rest is just factual information rephrased and/or directly copied from the Doctor Octopus page on Wikipedia. I think that, with a good writer to work on it, this article could become worthwhile. I'd do it myself, but I don't have any good ideas to work with at the moment. Being a big Doc Ock fan, however, I just want to see this article become good -- heck, in the best-case scenario, I'd like to see it become featured quality. But, for now, someone has to almost completely rewrite the article to save it from its doom. -- #1_ALF_FAN 01:22, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
