I'd like a critique of this article, especially its tone.

| Prose and formatting: | 9 | The style of writing is great, I really enjoyed it especially the phrase "customer's furtive fiddling" :) Also I think I only saw one typo/spelling thingy in the whole thing! |
| Images: | 6 | Theres only two. The quality of the logo one is a bit rough and the second one was a bit lost on me. But they aren't bad! |
