- It'd be funnier IMO if this article somehow related to actual bleach, like the stuff you use for laundry. --Andrusi 23:09, 1 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- The article TOPIC is fine, but ... there is no satire here. Well, there is but it's really bad. 68.39.13.195 03:58, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
- No offense, but this aticle is just gay. --SwordKirby537 02:33, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
- Like I said before (by adding the rewrite template to this article), it would be nice if the article had actually something to do with the subject. So either you write about bleach, the stuff you use to wash your clothes, or you write about the anime/manga. This article isn't fun for people who wanna read about bleach, 'cause they don't know about the anime, and for fans of the anime, it's no fun either, 'cause for that, the article is too less referring to the anime. So, maybe someone wants to rewrite this article, with for a subject actual bleach, and maybe someone else (or the some person, I don't care) can write an article on "BLEACH (anime)". --User:PBz0r 13:53 (GMT +1), 28 April 2006
- Gah. It's too bad my cat has grown out of his Ichigo costume. If it didn't involve me making another costume for my cat, I'd totally take higher quality photos this time and rewrite the article with it... --monika 18:40, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
- Maybe I'll shop something up anyway later. But not today. --monika 18:42, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
- Still room for improvement, but I'm happy to see someone made a little better article on bleach.PBz0r 13:07, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
- What happened to the other articles of Bleach? No offense, this one doesn't seem funny at all.
- They were even worse, so they got huffed. So why won't you try and write a better one? This page seems pretty popular though there's a great lack of quality.--PBz0r 11:11, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
- It's late, and I'm tired, so I'll attempt to clean some of it up when I wake up. --UNKNOWNFILE 05:25, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
- Why is this boring article still alive if even the Hellsing article disappeard into nothingness?
Rewritten.[edit]
I was working on a WIP-version of this article and was going to move it out of the crapbin in my user space but after seeing this pile of crap I decided to use the WIP-version for this page. You are free to huff the page. Just save some for me. --UNKNOWNFILE 05:37, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
Announcing rewrite plans that I may or may not follow through with.[edit]
I was thinking about this, and it occurred to me, as it has occurred to many people before, that Tite Kubo is a much better fashion designer than a mangaka. However, instead of doing what so many others have done before, that is, complain about his writing but wish out loud that he'd start producing the clothes he draws, I figured it might just be a better idea to impose my view of a better reality on Uncyclopedia. I plan to rewrite this article as if Tite is a fashion designer, Bleach is his line of clothing, and the characters are human fashion models. Any objections or expressions of love or attachment for either of the two existing versions that get thrown back and forth would be nice to hear now. --monika 00:52, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
- I guess I'm going through with it since I've started doing images. User:Monika/bleachrewriteinprogress is the crappy work in progress version. As this is a popular subject enough to need vanity protection for revert wars in versions no one's really completely happy with anyway, I realize I'll never be able to keep the article mine entirely so I'm going to solicit feedback on the new version now and get that started. --monika 09:20, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
- I do think its a lot funnier than the existing one, and the layout and images are excellent. Can't wait to see it finished. -- Sir Mhaille (talk to me)
- Thanks. Tite Kubo's made the images really easy, I must admit. Every time he draws his characters, they look like they're on the cover of a fashion magazine. --monika 21:50, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
- Done. Sorry that took so long. Work got in the way. --monika 13:48, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, know how that feels. The article is really tons better now, I'm just showing it to some of the people on IRC. :) -- Sir Mhaille (talk to me)
- Thanks! --monika 13:57, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
- And now its on VFH, and already has two plus votes..... :) -- Sir Mhaille (talk to me)

I like it, Bravo![edit]
I watch the anime and I thought the fact that the article had nothing to do with the show or the liquid is marvelous. Isn't that what uncyclopedia is about? Complete randomness and not doing the expected? BRAVO! --Anon
- Thanks! Though I wouldn't say it has nothing to do with the show... :) --monika 03:13, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
This will, in my eyes, go down as the one great anime article on Uncyclopedia. And I don't even watch the show. I'd never even heard of the show. Obviously, you've written some other decent anime articles that skip the crap and cruft that most anime articles have, but this one is just so ROFLMFAO funny that it will go down as the best ever. Unless you make a better one :) ---- §. | WotM | PLS | T | C | A 19:34, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks! I personally prefer License Note, but it's a special article I don't expect very many people to get. And I'm really happy with how Moë came out, but that's only related to anime in lexicography and is otherwise completely metal \m/ ::headbang:: or something so I don't know if it counts. --monika 21:36, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
Minus-ing Soifon[edit]
I though I had some pretty interesting stuff for adding Soifon. I have a better magazine cover made, and I can make a new background, but why couldnt Soifon be in here? Any particular reason?--24.56.197.128 02:01, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
As briefly mentioned in my edit summary, the issue I have is that your jokes are too similar to jokes already in the article. With the running gag of "everyone thinks Tite is gay but he's actually straight, and they have trouble accepting that", the "Soifon is a Lesbian and people had trouble accepting that" joke seems both weak and contradictory. Additionally, the jokes "Soifon is short and flat and people think she's underage" is pretty much the exact same thing as the "Rukia is short and flat and people think she's underage" joke that's already in the article. It's sloppy. My aim with my articles is for them to be tight (even if they are long). Anyway, there's no reason she couldn't be there if the new material was completely different from the existing article but at the same time fit really well into the article. --monika 02:37, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
Hmmm. Any suggestions? I think Soifon should be in a fashion clothing page. She wears a halter top. --Countmall 03:00, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
- What's the native resolution of the source image? There are a ton of artifacts in the image. I'd clean them up. This is supposed to be the cover of a fashion magazine, yes? What about the font selection? (I don't mean to be mean, but for most of my magazine parody covers, I spent at least an hour on typesetting alone, trying to, as closely as possible, match the fonts used on the covers of the magazines I was parodying. (By the way, which magazine are you parodying?) And I'm still not happy with the way Fangirl came out.) On a simple technical note, you didn't match the resolution of the other magazine covers. And they're at a fairly low resolution, so they shouldn't be hard to match. In all of them, the source is scaled down; high resolution Tite Kubo art is pretty easy to find.
- As for content (referring to just your image), I'd say first of all, the outfit she's wearing does not match the Bleach clothing line. The Bleach clothing line is is known for its vibrant colors and wearability - her outfit has neither. (Note that in all of my images, not a single one features the Shinigami outfit (or any variations). That was fully intentional.) It just seems like a sloppy selection. I have a folder called bleachforarticle that has in it the top 160+ images I found that would have worked for the article, collected from hundreds of images combed through on the internet. From that batch, only 14 got used. These things take effort and time and lots of care. The "Featuring Bleach" part doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Do you have an example of a fashion magazine that does that? (If this is supposed to be published by the Bleach line, it fails a bunch of other tests set up by the article.) The text also doesn't fit as something that would be written on the cover of a fashion magazine. And I have a lot of problems with the idea of Tite Kubo (as portrayed in this article) creating a gothic lolita line. Frills and intentional ridiculousness is kind of the opposite of what the Bleach line is known for. Also, it's not even Tite Kubo (in reality)'s style, placing it even farther from the core of the article than the Shinigami outfit.
- (Sorry?) --monika 04:17, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
True...lets scrap her. Agreed?--24.56.197.128 15:44, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
- Okay. Sorry again if I sounded mean :( --monika 21:50, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

Great Mention![edit]
"In 2006, Director Igarashi "Beat" Takuya tapped Renji to play the role of a lovestruck young Yakuza boss in his film "須王環の憂鬱" (English: The Melancholy of Suoh Tamaki), a remake of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. "
I was laughing myself out with this one mention and reference to Ouran HS Host Club... It really made me laugh out loud while in class! Nice one!

It was so funny, I loved it. It had nothing to do with bleach except for the zanpakutō joke..LOL That was the funniest part. But thats what I like about it, the fact that it had nothing to do with bleach.
--This article is hilarious, wonderful. I love the fact that it has nothing to do with the show or the anime, or the liquid. I've always thought that Kubo would have a chance at fashion design, the clothes he puts his characters in are certainly worthy of a runway show! Just one question, I'm kinda confused on the identity of "Tite Kubo" in the article; is it supposed to be Uryuu Ishida? That would make sense, considering his insane sewing skills. I would be cool to see some more characters integrated. "Kubo" uses them a lot in his art. (what about the arrancars?? Possible new line for "Kubo"). Great article. Btw: who is "Kubo's" photographer? Is he as covetous about his photographers as he is his models?
- Correct: "Tite Kubo was born Uryū Taito". I figured it was a good way to combine out-of-universe Bleach with in-universe Bleach. As for more characters, the general consensus (and by the general consensus, I probably sound like I mean just me, but I really mean the general consensus...) is that the article is plenty long as is and yet it keeps growing anyway. I didn't really give any thought to a photographer, though now I might, but probably shouldn't because the article is long enough as it is. --monika 02:19, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
Sex, Lies and Videotape[edit]
I've never contributed to Uncyclopedia before, but this article was an inspiration, so I wrote the Sex, Lies section this morning and added it in. I would've also put a picture in (the one I have in mind was an eyecatch from the anime's 4th opening of Matsumoto in a red cocktail dress) but I didn't think I'd be able to edit and make one as high-quality as the ones already in the article. I also noticed that a lot of attention is paid to what does or does not go into the article, since the humor has to maintain a delicate balance, but I hope that my section is good enough to stay in. Let me know what you guys think! - TOK (5/24/2007)
- Not bad :) I moved it around a bit, and maybe later, I'll make a picture for it and do some minor copyediting and stuff, but it works. --monika 18:31, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
- Cool! I'm glad you liked it. =P
Comedy Epitome[edit]
This article should be the very template of Uncyclopedia's jokes. very VERY well done. 125.163.84.202 20:41, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. --monika 02:15, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
New Section[edit]
Would it be a good idea to have an Arrancar clothing line? The white clothes could be a response to Kubo's frustration at people asking him why it's called BLEACH, yet uses bright colors. Orihime and Hollow Ichigo could be models, while critics can accuse Kubo of trying to hide his gayness with Halibel's skimpy outfit.
- :/ Sounds unnecessary, methinks. --monika 02:15, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
WTF?!? The Arrancar "ARE" the important characters in this series too! You FUCKING add them in!!!
P.S. None of this name reversing japanese Bullcrap! This is an english Wiki and plenty other anime articles have the names of their characters with their given name first, and their family name last! Do the same!!!
YAAAAAAWN!!!![edit]
Impression:This is boring as all Hell. Talk about the anime, not models? What corn ball came up with this shit?
Score: 2/10 Only because Renji looked hot in that picture (weird right?)
Improvements/Advice: Change the topic
- Yeah, and have it be like the Naruto or Dragon Ball Z (which I have on my watch list, actually. Does that make some kind of hypocrite?) articles. Sure. Roman Dog Bird 22:14, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
- Go back to Wikipedia. --monika 00:07, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
- This is a hell of a lot better than the ED Bleach article I know that. I actually like it. Infact, I'm saving it incase it's rewritten. Best article on Uncyclopedia I think. 70.121.150.225 22:27, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
Mention grimmjow somewhere please, if you do ill make this spread to all the bleach fans and this page will be famous!
'The Clothing' - new pic?[edit]
Excuse me interrupting with my humble opinion - You know the gallery of 'collections'? I found something in 317 that might be useful - see here. Any opinions? IceUnshattered 20:57, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
- At first glace, it's not really colorful enough to make sense with the article's description of the Bleach fashion line. It is a nice picture, but as I mentioned here, when I wrote the article, I gathered and saved some 500+ images for the article, culled them down to ~160, and then ended up using like 16. Many fantastic fashion shots didn't make it into the article; that's part of why the article works - Tite Kubo does a lot of fashion shots of his characters and so the idea of him as a fashion designer makes sense.
- If you want, I could zip up my Bleach images and megaupload them so you can see some of his other works. --monika 00:24, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
- (Icy on IP) Ah, no problem. Just a suggestion, it was :) 71.234.100.89 18:01, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
An idea[edit]
I was thinking that the latest Bleach ending, here can be used as an example of a fashion show or something similar. What do you guys think? --—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Hyorinryu (talk • contribs)
- If there's a clean version with no credits or lyrics (which there probably will be when the Japanese DVDs of whatever season that is come out), it could work. Lemme know if you find one and I'll integrate it. --monika 04:00, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
- PS. Perhaps as a promo for some major televised fashion event featuring Bleach (possibly among other things.)
Some New Pictures?[edit]
I know that you went through a lot of pictures for this article, Monika, but I came across two that I thought would work well in it. Too well to pass up without showing you. I don't know if you've seen them before, but the calendar one especially just screamed at me.
- I hadn't seen the first one. They're both cute, for sure. --monika 22:50, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
hey found one i thought was great
I think Ishida should be a modle[edit]
well he is the only man charcter in the anime thats hasnt been shown as a modle and a couple of the pictures hes in it.
- If you read it closely, Ishida has gone from being a Mary Sue character to being blatantly the same person as Tite Kubo. --monika 06:15, January 5, 2010 (UTC)
i dont under stand are you say hes not a model becuse hes to much like tite? --Metallavery 06:21, January 5, 2010 (UTC)
- I am saying he is Tite. In the universe where the article was written, they are the same person. You know how Ishida does a lot of sewing? That's because he's the fashion designer Tite Kubo. This is based on the true joke that in the real universe, Tite based Ishida on himself (that is, Ishida is a "Mary Sue" character). --monika 06:37, January 5, 2010 (UTC)
oh that makes since and now that i think about it thats why ishida was on the cover of the interview.--Metallavery 06:41, January 5, 2010 (UTC)
New matieral[edit]
I think we sould add more stuff. what do you think we should add? --Metallavery 05:37, August 23, 2010 (UTC)
- I think the article is long enough. I think we should add nothing. --monika 06:17, August 23, 2010 (UTC)
mabey but i think i think its missing somthing...--Metallavery 06:24, August 23, 2010 (UTC)
Well, with the latest developments in the manga, maybe a Fullbring line of clothing (or rival company) should be mentioned?
New Pics[edit]
The clothes Aizen, Gin & Tosen are wearing do seem a little at odds with the ethos of the bleach line; I seem to recall a moment from one of the films (post end credits) with the 3 of them having a coffee, in more vibrant clothing. I was thinking if someone could get a still of it, it could make a good replacement. Are there any others out there that people have seen?
Secondly, since Grimjow & Ulquiorra have been added, I know they've been put on the title of one of the chapters from relatively recently which could make a good addtion to the article, so log as someone comes up with a suitable headline....
- I'm glad I'm not the only one who cares about the ethos of the Bleach line. That image stands because it's described as being from a rival line. --monika 21:43, May 29, 2010 (UTC)
EPIC FAIL!!![edit]
This article is about as bad as the Naruto article is! I can't tell you how much fail I found in this piece of crap. Why not update it with Arrancar dress code on demand? O.K. I just made that up so you would put Arrancar in this article, because it's just an Epic Fail! It's not. It's tons better than the rest of shit in this shitty wikia. Uncyclopedia is an misinformer at first, supply the web with misinformation with the purpose of entertainment in mind. It can be funny but it is not limited to it.

I added a spoof cover of Fanboy featuring Rukia. I thought is was appropriate, and I was thinking of the Danial Radcliff/ Equus controversy. Also, come someone eplain the Sex Lies and Videotape to me? I don't understand what it's paradying.
EDIT: I also wanted to aks if Vhad needed a magazine cover? I noticed the Rukia pic was removed but I'm planning on going ahead with a new controversy section.
- While the effort is appreciated, you might want to consider that it is very difficult to add a section to this article. Most people consider the article too long as it is, and the reason none of the regulars come through here and cut it down to 1/5th of its current length is that it is cohesive and nothing (with the possible exception of a few things in the paragraph about famous people who like the brand, where most edits are generally not completely reverted) is superfluous or filler - much unlike Bleach. When something new is added, it has to fit with the story arc of the overall article, meet the standards of the article (ie. magazine covers use official Tite Kubo art, not fanart like the Rukia cover you made), and generally sound like it was written by one person. On the rare cases where a sizable section is added, such as the Sex, Lies, and Videotape section, it has to start out very strong and then get edited and tweeked until it fits in seamlessly.
- It is a lot of work for everyone involved.
- My suggestion to you is that rather than trying to add to an overly long and otherwise very polished article, try to find an article that is short and isn't well tended. In working on that article, you'll be able to make a much stronger contribution. If you would like to rewrite a different article like that, I'd be willing to give you advice and feedback. If you look at the current Dave Mustaine article, that was written in a similar situation, where someone was trying to add to the already-featured Megadeth article, and I suggested he rewrite the much weaker Dave article. Some of the advice I gave him was collected here and here, and while it might not be all relevant to your new article, there's some good advice in there. In particular, #4 about picking a single joke to tie the article together, is something that will really help you out as a writer here.
- Of course, if you take it as far as Schism did, that's a lot of work, but it can be rewarding.
- Also, firefox has a built-in spellchecker and using it will instantly make everything you write look a lot cleaner.

In 2002, Rukia appeared in the January issue of Karakura Fair, photographed by award-winning photographer Kurotsuchi Nemu. The magazine featured 24 shots of Rukia dressed in a Chappy outfit and a white coat. One photo in particular showed Rukia with the coat loose around her shoulders, without the top of the Chappy outfit being visible. Tabloids began reporting rumors of topless photos, which were strictly prohibited by the magazine, and cited previous works by Kurotsuchi where identical "shoulders-bared" poses preceeded topless shots. The model defended her actions at the shoot, though denied any topless photographs were taken. "The shoot was very tastefully done, its just that the coat was still just barely covering the outift. And there's absolutely no reason to get worked up over my bare shoulders. You can even see my bra straps." Critics claimed that the so-called bra straps were actually the outlines of her shoulder blades, while others claimed the lines looked photoshoped. The magazine threatened legal action, but settled out of court after the intervention of Tite Kubo and fellow Bleach models.
After receaving letters of apology from various parties, Rukia admitted to several outlets that topless photos had indeed been taken, but all had been ruined by accidental lens flare reflecting off of her captive beads.
