As the title implies, we need a signing bot, as some people still forget (or refuse) to hit that god-wretched button on the upper left corner of their keyboards (no, not the Esc. The one below it) four times after posting on a talkpage. Personally, I suggest:

1. stealing the source code of SineBot
2. should we fail: begging the wikipedian who owns it for its source code
3. should we fail again: write our own UnSineBot. (unlikely)
